Abstract

The study aimed to make a contribution to do the research on fresh graduate employability based on Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. And help to try to find out the possible solution so as improve the fresh graduate employability, help fresh graduates to realize themselves and use correct ways to get an appropriate job. After identification, then, it is to explore the impacts of these factors affecting the fresh graduate employability. Finals will recommend the school authority of university on how to improve fresh graduate employability. After the analysis, it is concluded that soft skill is a predictor of employability. Regression analysis shows a moderate and positive relationship between soft skill and employability. This can explain that factors like length of ability and skills which are determined of soft skill has a moderate effect on enhancing the employability of the fresh graduate. These findings suggest that learning outcomes linked to soft-skills development should take priority in the development of both problem solving skill and specific courses within these programs. Fresh graduate also consider how much salary and benefits from the company provided, fresh graduates never think about what the needs and wants from the labour market and employers. Therefore, Malaysia’s universities must emphasize the development of soft skill within all of their programs.
