Abstract

An exploratory study conducted to investigate the successful drivers of organizational Performance among Multi-National companies (MNCs) in Malaysia. This study tends to investigate the relationship between Total quality management (TQM), market competition and employee motivation towards organizational performance. Using convenience based sampling methods researcher used quantitative methodology where total set of 100 questionnaires distributed amongst MNCs in Malaysia. Present study used statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) to conduct data analysis using descriptive (demographic analysis) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation and multiple regression test). Evidently, hypotheses alternatives as accepted as research findings, thus revealing that TQM and market competition are significant predictor of organizational performance among MNCs in Malaysia, with the strongest correlation compared to employee motivation. In the end, this research proposed some recommendations based on the findings of this study to enhance level of organizational performance.
